How the Process Works

Every project is a little different, but most follow the same general path, starting with a conversation and ending with the work completed and the property ready to use.

1. Call or Request Service

The first step is describing what’s happening or what you’re planning. We ask a few questions about the property, the issue, or the construction project to understand what type of visit or service is needed.

Emergency problems can often be addressed quickly. Planned projects are scheduled around availability and project timing.

2. Site Evaluation or Utility Assessment

We visit the property to look at conditions on site. Depending on the situation, this may involve locating utilities, reviewing access, checking drainage, or identifying the cause of a failure.

This helps determine the correct repair or installation before work begins.

3. Coordination and Planning

Some projects require coordination with builders, inspectors, or local utility providers. We confirm requirements and outline the next steps so the work can move forward without unnecessary delays.

You’ll know what needs done and what to expect before digging starts.

4. Repair, Installation, or Excavation Work

Once scheduled, the work is completed according to the plan. This may include excavation, utility line repair, septic installation, or site preparation.

Our goal is to complete the work so the property functions properly and is ready for the next phase.

5. Cleanup and Completion

After the work is finished, we restore the area as much as practical and confirm the system or site is ready for normal use or continued construction.
